Here at HorseBasket.com we use Natwest Streamline merchant services in association with the SagePay gateway for 100% secure debit and credit card processing.

Our EKM Server is protected by several hardware firewalls and our payment pages are operated by Natwest & SagePay with 128Bit high encryption as standard. This means card payment details are never collected or seen by us and you can have complete piece of mind knowing that all information you enter is safe, secure and fully encrypted.

An Incredible Returns Policy

1. No receipt required to return goods, just give us your postcode & surname and well track it down.

2. 30 day cooling off period (our competitors offer only 7 day period) – if you’re not completely happy with your purchase we will refund your purchase in full the minute it is returned to us in its original sealed packaging.

3. Get a full product refund or full price e-voucher

4. No Re-Stocking Fee

5. In the unlikely event that you do return any product because it is faulty we will, in addition to giving you a refund, give you a ‘Free Delivery’ e-voucher valid for 90 days to use online for your next purchase with no minimum order level.

For guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, excluding Northern Scotland (subject to status). Orders must be received by 1pm Friday to receive Saturday delivery.

Delivery Outside the UK

We are happy to deliver goods to most places outside the UK.
For a delivery quote, please email marc@horsebasket.com with your details and you will be contacted within 24 hours.

The prices in this website include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.

Please note that our couriers normally require a signature on delivery and they do not make timed deliveries.

Unfortunately, due to flying restrictions we are unable to deliver liquids, aerosols and gels outside the UK.

Time

We aim to despatch goods from our warehouse the same day of the order.
Occasionally at busy times or if the order is made after 3pm the order will be despatched the following working day. You will be notified by email or telephoned if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time.

Please note that a signature will usually be required. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card will be left for you to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange delivery.
