Equine America Lamigard® Pellets is a highly effective supplement for the horse or pony prone to laminitis, and can be used at high levels in the short-term, and at a maintenance level for long-term health.

Equine America Lamigard® Pellets will ensure your horses feet stay healthy all year-round and will complement a careful feeding regime.

Equine America Lamigard® Pellets contains powerful ingredients to help mop up excess free radicals which settle in the feet, supporting a healthy enzyme level within the hooves and providing nutrients to the internal sensitive structures, as well as promoting external hoof wall condition. Equine America Lamigard® Pellets can also be fed to the in-foal and lactating mare.

For horses and ponies prone to Laminitis and which are on a restricted diet, feed Equine America V-Biotic Powder alongside Equine America Lamigard® Pellets, to ensure that key nutritional requirements are met.

When should you feed Equine America Lamigard® Pellets?

At a high level for horses and ponies in the initial stages of a laminitic attack.
At maintenance level to help to reduce the chance of a further attack.
Alongside a careful management routine to all horses and ponies at risk of laminitis, including mares in total.

How does Equine America Lamigard® Pellets work?

Equine America Lamigard® Pellets contains powerful antioxidants to mop up harmful enzymes, which settle in the feet and breakdown the supporting tissue of the hoof - the laminae.

Equine America Lamigard® Pellets also contains ingredients to encourage circulation as well as soft tissue maintenance and repair.

Equine America Lamigard® Pellets can also be beneficial to the horse or pony with Cushing's disease, when the risk of laminitis is increased.

Ingredients

Dextrose, DL-Methionine (technically pure), Biotin, Folic Acid, D-alpha Tocopherol Acetate (source of Vitamin E) 5000 mg/kg, Preserved with Ammonium Propionate, Sulphur, Pyridoxine HCl, (Vitamin B6), and L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).

Feeding Guidelines

AVERAGE PONY: Loading Period: Feed 14g for the first 21 consecutive days. Maintenance Level: Feed 7-10g daily.

AVERAGE HORSE: Loading Period: Feed 28g for the first 21 consecutive days. Maintenance Level: Feed 14-20g daily.
