A few years ago (2009) we formed our company Horsebasket.com Ltd; we focus on providing a wide selection of quality equine goods at prices which represent real value for money and are backed up expert customer service which is both helpful and timely. During 2010 the business grew substantially and after taking onboard feedback from you our customers and conducting our own independent research on the equine sector we decided to completely redesign and redevelop our ecommerce store to include features that make our site intuitive, user friendly and ultimately deliver great user experiences.
As a BETA (British Equestrian Trade Association) Member since 2009 you can trust that what we sell is clearly advertised with no small print or any misleading statements, offers genuine value for money and genuine customer satisfaction.
